
Bach flowers have become widely known for its healing properties and state regulatory mental status of patients suffering from depression, anxiety or fear, becoming a lifesaver for many people experiencing these problems.
These plants were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach who was convinced that the body is the mirror of the mental state in their daily experience was that if a patient was desperate and depressed recovery took longer.
Bach wanted to find some resource of nature that is accessible and easier to treat than abate these problems was for seven years and identified 38 flowers capable of alleviating negative mental states of human beings.
These plants, once processed are used to alleviate problems such as fear, depression, jealousy, worries or lack of patient confidence.
Bach also divided the thirty-eight remedies into seven groups to address the fear, uncertainty, insufficient interest in present circumstances, loneliness, hyper-sensitivity to influences and ideas, despair and anxiety over the welfare of others.
